Includes all services from the Day-of Coordination package:

  • Initial consultation (let us treat you to a coffee or cocktail) to discuss event goals and expectations
  • Unlimited communication via phone, text and email
  • Oversee entire day from start to finish
  • 1 client/coordinator meeting- final venue walk-through
  • Distribute timeline to vendors
  • Vendor management- coordinator will serve as the main point of contact between you and your vendors on wedding day
  • Full direction of Rehearsal, Wedding Ceremony and Reception
  • Ensure décor set-up aligns with your vision and design and complete final quality check
  • Supervise placement of wedding favors, gifts, guest place cards, bridal portrait and guest book at site
  • Greet vendors and receive any needed deliveries
  • Distribute bouquets and corsages to bridal party and family members
  • Assist with bridal party and family for photographs
  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution
  • Ensure that timeline is on schedule – cueing the couple, wedding party or vendors for each part of the day
  • Retain the marriage license for officiant
  • Oversee clean-up and breakdown of event
  • Retrieve and package wedding gifts and all wedding décor to agreed upon destination (designated family member, room or vehicle)
  • Arrange for your personal items to be packed up and brought to a designated location/person
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors
