Victoria did a phenomenal job as our day-of coordinator. She was recommended to me by a friend, and from the first day we spoke, she put my mind at ease about the whole wedding process. In the months leading up to the wedding, Victoria stayed in contact to check on how I was doing with the planning, and provided guidance and wisdom about logistics and details. On Friday of the wedding weekend, she beat all of us to the venue and was ready to run the rehearsal. She made sure the venue was set up correctly, and checked to make sure all the details we had planned were executed perfectly. Having her there to coordinate the rehearsal and look over the plans we had for Saturday gave everyone peace of mind, and ensured I was able to relax and enjoy the evening. Saturday Victoria hit the ground running and was there alongside us setting up, checking in with vendors, delivering me water and sanity, and keeping me away from any issues that might have popped up. Every time something came to mind that I thought I needed to go look into, someone would say, "Victoria did that for you, relax!" She truly kept the day going smoothly from early in the morning to late into the evening, allowing me to take in the memories and enjoy every moment. I can't recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for help with their wedding. Her ability to manage the wedding party and our families, follow up with any tiny wish I verbalized, notice fires before they started, and do it all with a collected and calm attitude made a world of difference on what could have been a very overwhelming day.

There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for Victoria and Raleigh Weddings and Events! Originally I didn’t think I even needed a wedding planner or coordinator and only decided to use one because it was required by our venue. However, finding Victoria was like finding a unicorn! Her help, guidance and invaluable assistance before and on our wedding day was priceless. I don’t know what I would have done without her!!! She thought of things I never would have known to think of, she met with me multiple times when it wasn’t even part of our contract and went above and beyond in literally every way. She made our day flawless and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you aren’t sure if you need a planner or coordinator, you DO and you should definitely hire Victoria and Raleigh Weddings and Events! It was the best money we spent by far in order to make our day perfect.
